I worked in County government for almost 30 years and served as a Cartographer, GIS Manager, and Assessor. I worked at Richland, Lexington, Kershaw, Fairfield, and Aiken County. I have an extensive knowledge of Ad valorem taxation and real estate. I have been working in real estate for 5 years and enjoy assisting individuals navigate the process of listing and purchasing real estate. I have been married to my wife Sheila for 28 years and have two children, my daughter Victoria who graduated from the University of South Carolina with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and my son Holden who is currently pursuing his degree at Francis Marion University. I am a low stress person and will do my best to make this an informative and enjoyable process from start to finish.
